We will not hold or collect any payment information.
Sensitive personal data needs to be protected more strictly than general personal data. Sensitive personal data includes health information, such as medical records, physiological information (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.). When you use Vitality Clinic's services, we will collect your health information to provide medical services. When you use Vitality Clinic's online registration or related online services, we will collect all sensitive health information required for medical services, including but not limited to your past medical history, any diseases, symptoms or other information you have suffered from, your medication and allergy history, pathology and imaging reports, referral records, and any relevant health information.
Period of personal data processing and use by Vitality Clinic: From the time you provide your personal data to the time you request to stop using or delete your personal data. However, according to relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Medical Care Act) or business needs, we may continue to process or use your personal data within the scope of the law or as necessary for business operations. In addition, in order to provide comprehensive medical services and health consultation advice, we may disclose your personal data to other healthcare professionals or health professionals involved in your care.
Region of personal data processing and use by Vitality Clinic: Taiwan, Republic of China. We will not send or otherwise transmit your personal data to any person or organization outside of Taiwan, Republic of China.
